System Setup Requirements

Before connecting to the REST API, ensure the following:

The server has been started (IIS is started).

The UMP-365 services SysAdmin.TenantSvc and SysAdmin.PeeringSvc are running.

■

Verify that the Service Provider credentials for Microsoft Operator Connect are correctly configured on the Live Platform i.e. the service SysAdmin.PeeringSvc is working properly (see SysAdmin.PeeringSvc log file). You can also run Get All Operator Connect Sync Tasks to verify that Live Platform is successfully synchronizing with Microsoft Operator Connect.
